This Privacy Policy explains how Trustar S.A.S. ("Trustar", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations on the protection of personal data (Habeas Data).

2.Personal data we collect

  • Identification data: full name, identity document type and number, date of birth.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number and postal address.
  • Account and verification data needed to confirm identity and age (18+).
  • Transaction data related to your use of the platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookies.
  • Communications you send us through the contact form or by email.

3.Purposes of processing

  • Creating and managing your account and verifying identity and legal age.
  • Providing the platform and its games in a secure way.
  • Applying responsible gaming and player-protection tools.
  • Preventing fraud, money laundering and misuse of the platform.

4.Consent and legal basis

  • Request proof of the authorisation you gave.
  • Be informed about how your data has been used.
  • Revoke authorisation and/or request deletion of your data.
  • File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
  • Access your personal data free of charge.

11.How to exercise your rights

Send your request to contact@trustarsas.com with your name, identity document, a description of the request and a contact address. Queries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, as set out in Law 1581 of 2012.
