1.About these terms

The platform is operated by Trustar S.A.S., registered office Calle 119 No. 13-51, Oficina 304, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Licence details: to be confirmed by the Company.

2.Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to take part in gaming in your place of residence.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Employees and related persons may be restricted as set out by the Company.

3.Account and identity verification

You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. We verify identity and age before allowing play or withdrawals and may request additional documents at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

4.Responsible gaming

Gaming is entertainment, not a way to earn money. We provide tools such as deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. We may apply limits or restrict an account if we identify signs of harmful play.

5.Acceptable use

• No fraud, collusion, cheating or use of automated software.
• No use of funds of illegal origin or accounts of other people.
• No attempts to interfere with the platform or its security.

6.Games and fairness

Only games the Company is authorised to offer are available. Game rules are shown for each game. Outcomes are determined by tested systems; in case of malfunction, affected plays may be voided.

7.Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the methods shown in your account, subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks. Accepted methods, limits and processing times: to be confirmed by the Company.

8.Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software on the platform belong to Trustar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trustar is not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, or losses caused by breach of these terms by the user.

10.Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements or responsible gaming concerns. Legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

11.Complaints

Send complaints to contact@trustarsas.com. We will review each case fairly and respond in writing.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to consumer rights.

13.Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
